How It Works

1. Find A Location Near You
View testing locations near you so that a phlebotomist may collect your specimen. If there is a location near you that you are happy with please buy your Groupon.
As soon as we receive your Groupon voucher and information we will generate your lab order for you. We will email you once this has been completed. Redeem Order Now.
Print your lab order and bring it with you to a patient service center and get tested. Please note that if you do not take your lab order from us Quest will not be able to test you.
Your results will be released directly to your patient portal 2-5 days after testing. If you do not receive your results, please let us know immediately and we will contact Quest and obtain them on your behalf.

Redeem Voucher

Please note that the information below is for the person getting tested. We will use this information to create a patient portal and place the order. You will be emailed once this is completed.

We are unable to offer testing in AZ, NJ, NY, CT or RI. If you are willing to travel, please choose the state you will visit for testing. This is the state that you plan on getting tested in. Please note that if you need to get tested in another state a $15 transfer fee will be required.

You can only use one email address per Groupon redemption.

This will be used to create your patient portal. If you have two Groupon vouchers to redeem please use a different email for each redemption as we can only use 1 email address per patient portal. You can't share a patient portal at this time.

Upon request we can arrange to fax your lab order to the location of your choosing on the day you plan to get tested. You must arrange this with us 24 hours prior to testing.

If you tell us the date you are getting tested we can ensure your results return from Quest on time.

If you would like us to arrange an appointment for you at Quest, please let us know and we will do our very best to get you the appointment you desire.
