Lab Testing API discontinued services effective March 1, 2026 and is currently completing a planned transition.
The customer portal will remain available until April 30, 2026. You are advised to log into your account and securely download any records you wish to retain, including available test results and related documents.
After April 30, 2026, the platform will be decommissioned and login access will be permanently disabled.
In accordance with applicable privacy and regulatory requirements, records will be retained in a secure archived environment. However, routine access through the platform will not be available after decommissioning.
